"content": " Hon. Deputy Speaker, the issues the Leader of the Minority Party has raised are very weighty and I think it is very wrong for him to raise them and still support the Report. If what he has raised is true and the HANSARD is able to give us a report on that, then we should not be supporting this appointment. If the other House, which is part of Parliament, has indicted PKF, then the Leader of the Minority Party should be able to lay his points clearly to this House so that the House rejects this bid until we are satisfied. It will be very wrong for us to support it when the other House has queried its credibility! The Leader of the Minority Party should be held accountable for his claims. If what he has said is the case, then he should table a report and we should not debate this Motion until we are satisfied that what we are debating is rightly before this House."
