    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I am on a point of order. I think the Leader of the Majority Party is misrepresenting facts. I only informed the public. I was not there as Hon. John Mbadi. This was a decision that was taken by the Committee following a Motion that was moved by Hon. Nabii Nabwera, and seconded by Hon. Edwin Mugo. Those are Members of my Committee. We adopted it unanimously and agreed that a forensic audit needs to be done on this matter because it had raised issues of concern. We did not want to play politics and that is why we agreed that we were not going to say that money had been lost. We were only asking the Auditor-General to conduct forensic audit. Before I go to bed this evening, I will sign that letter to ask the Office of the Auditor- General to conduct a forensic audit on this matter. There cannot be politics where the Office of the Auditor-General is involved. He knows that when I mean business, I mean business. I want to assure the Leader of the Majority Party and Kenyans that this matter will be prosecuted with fairness, objectivity, apolitically, and settled based on facts. Thank you, Hon.
