    "content": "This is because there is no rule, whatsoever, under the Standing Orders, that stops a chairperson, who is the official spokesperson of a committee, from communicating to anyone. This includes speaking to the media and the entire world of their intentions however noble or not so noble they might be. Those cartels have to be put on notice so that they know what awaits them.
