"content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker, for this opportunity. I rise on a point of order on dress code in the House. Hon. Didmus Barasa has just walked in and he has a cap which is not religious and not parliamentary. We cannot have double standards. In the last Parliament, Hon. Didmus Barasa was sent out for wearing that cap. In this Parliament, he keeps coming with it. He was sent out by Hon. JB Muturi, former Speaker. It is on record he was sent out. We cannot have double standards. I also want to say that in the last Parliament I wore a jacket similar to the one the Member was told to remove and was allowed to stay with it. I do not know whether the rules have changed. He is out of order and he needs to get out."
