"content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Deputy Speaker. This is a very sensitive matter that touches on the deaths of many innocent lives. It is time we discussed this matter soberly without blame games. If we, as a country, start casting aspersions, raising issues and talking at each other, it paints us in a bad picture. We will lose the entire thing. If we start blaming each other, then we will start doing it from way back. I have listened to Hon. Gertrude very clearly. She blames the Government, which is okay. If you read and follow the history of Mr Mackenzie, you will realise that he left Malindi or that area about two years ago. Most of these things happened within the handshake Government. So, we really do not want to go that way."
