    "content": "I am surprised because this matter is happening all over, when people choose to believe human beings. John 10:10 in the Bible promises a life in abundance. You do not need a broker to get to Christ. You do not need any person to stand on your way when you are going to Christ as Christians. I do not understand at times why people, even the learned ones, have chosen to be radicalised by people. Some who are not learned call themselves serious titles like “Doctor” but they cannot explain how they acquired those doctorates. It is time for this House to come up with measures. We have the responsibility to regulate these churches and come up with a law. If it means coming up with a particular ministry or proposing an act of Parliament, particularly for these churches or religious groups, then so be it. We can go the Rwanda way where you cannot wake up one morning and open a church, twist your voice and speak as though you have been preaching the entire night. You start saying that you spoke to God last night, this morning and over lunch time, and then make people give you money.
