He has given us an example of the Cabinet of the Maldives and the work they did to demonstrate their commitment so that as they go to Copenhagen, that commitment is noted. I would like the Prime Minister to tell us what tangible commitment the Kenyan Government has put in place regarding the issue of afforestation, other than waiting for donor support. This is because the Government must lead from the front."
