    "content": "I remember I tweeted on this matter yesterday. Honestly, it has been there from 2017. It is on record that Mr. Mackenzie was taken to court in 2017. From that time, the intelligence and security agencies had the responsibility of putting a radar on this person. The same person was taken to court in 2019, and was released on a cash bail of Ksh10,000. Is he working in cahoots with the security agencies? Quite a number of bad things have been happening in Kenya. This is not the first incident that has happened. We have stories of security lapses in those areas where there is cattle rustling. Where are we putting Kenyans in such a situation? I was told that this same pastor is about to be released on bond. This matter has been going on for years in that farm and the Government has not taken any step. It is quite a pity. What Mhe. Osoro and the Mover of this Motion said is quite a pity. The other regime might be blamed because it did not take the opportune time to address this matter. I concur with what the Woman Representative for Kilifi County has said. From when the Government heard this matter, the President made a statement about it yesterday. Is it because the people of Kilifi County are not shareholders in this country? We were told that the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and National Administration is in Shakahola today. He has gone to Shakahola one week after this matter was brought to the limelight. Where do we put ourselves?"
