"content": "I would like to mention a few as we look at this matter today. We had a case of Jim Jones in the United States of America on 18th November 1978. He was a very intelligent man in the 1940s, but in 1978 something developed and he murdered 900 people in the name of religion, including a congressman who had visited them. America did not institute a legislation or a legislative process to contain this. It was discovered as a mental issue."
