    "content": "Twenty years ago, we had another incident in Uganda, Kanungu cult massacre, where someone locked up over 700 people and murdered them in the name of religion. This is a psychological issue. We might end up overregulating if we rush to regulate the religious space. Adolf Hitler also murdered six million Jews. It is said he had a mental disorder. There are instruments of law available in the country to manage such menace, and it only takes responsibility of every individual entrusted with the protection of the society to make sure that they detect this. In the case of Mackenzie, it was not noticed yesterday. It has been there for the last five years. It had been detected, but people took it for granted. It is an appeal that all those who are in charge in the church system should be able to notice whether their ministers are of sound mind, including our social leadership."
