    "content": "According to the Constitution, there is freedom of worship in Kenya. Honestly, our hands here in Parliament, of the Head of State and all these other Government agencies are tied. The fate of Mr Mackenzie is in the court. Going forward, I propose that we go back to the NCCK. We have religious bodies that should regulate churches. It cannot be regulated by Government. Preaching is a calling. How someone executes that calling is seen when he is out there. For example, I have seen a video where a woman comes before a male pastor. He begins to say, “Receive” on the chest of the woman and she begins to fall. She begins to receive and then she goes “ punguliu” because she has received. How do you arrest that pastor where there is no complainant? Hon. Temporary Speaker, receive! There is so much receiving here."
