    "content": "that, as we talk about Article 37 of the Constitution which is about the right to demonstrate and picket peaceably and unarmed, we should also talk about Article 8 of the Constitution which says there shall be no State religion. We should speak from the platform of no State religion and we apply the Rwandan example. In Rwanda, President Paul Kagame did the right thing. All pastors in Rwanda have academic degrees while here in Kenya anyone can wake up in the morning and start a church. The case of Mackenzie will probably not be the last one. Others will mushroom. It is upon this House to help the Government to impose restrictions."
