    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.53(1) to seek a Statement from the Standing Committee on Finance and Budget regarding the chronic delays in disbursement of the Exchequer to counties and reports of hacking of Integrated Financial Management and Information System (IFMIS). In the Statement, the Committee should - (i) State the reasons for the incessant delays in the disbursement of Exchequer funds by the National Treasury, particularly to counties; (ii)Investigates the veracity of reports of hacking of IFMIS and clarify whether the Government is losing money as a result of that; and, (iii)State the measures being taken by the national Government to protect the county governments from hacking while using IFMIS and restore normal operations and enhanced service delivery to citizens.
