    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.53(1), to seek a Statement from the Standing Committee on Labour and Social Welfare on the staffing policy by Marsabit County Government. In the Statement, the Committee should: (1) Provide a report on the particulars of all employees of Marsabit County Government, stating their respective ages, positions, qualifications, remuneration and terms of service. (2) Explain the procedure used by the Marsabit County Government to employ its staff. (3) Cause an audit into the number of personnel employed by the Marsabit County Public Service Board, vis-à-vis those hired by the County Executive from August, 2017 to date, indicating the cadres of all the employees and the source of their salaries. Thank you."
