    "content": "I fully agree to the need to regulate religious organisations in this country. It is high time that this is done because it has been implemented in other countries like Rwanda. In the USA, we have a law that governs the formation and regulation of religious organisations. Why not here in Kenya? We have Article 32 of the Constitution that talks about freedom of conscience, religion, belief and opinion, but you are aware that Article is also guided by Article 24 of the Constitution that talks about limitation of rights and fundamental freedoms. So, one cannot have absolute rights on matters to do with worship, belief and religion. It is important for us to have this regulation."
