"content": "We may go there, say sweet things and show our ability to lead but when one looks at the background of the country and the leadership itself, it is not reflected. The same thing happened in 1997 and the âAkiwumiâ Commission was put in place. The taxpayer in this country funded the Commission to come up with a report and recommendations on who should be prosecuted but nobody was prosecuted. Violence erupted again in 2002 but no commission was established and nobody was prosecuted. The same thing happened in 2007."
