From the outset, while the Prime Cabinet Secretary has outlined the long-term measures that the Government is hoping to benefit from and jumpstart our economy, I have not heard adequate steps that the Government will take to address the cost of living in the short-term and in the medium-term. It is good to provide fertilisers for our farms, but 30 per cent of our population lives in urban centres where they are suffering from the high cost of living.
