In light of the explanations given by the Prime Cabinet Secretary on diverse issues that have contributed to high cost of living, he said that there are Exchequer delays and pending bills. He put forward a number of things that have led to this situation. Pending bills come as a result of not honouring services that have been procured in the right manner.
