"content": "(1) All moneys in the Fund which are not for the time being required to be applied for the purposes of the Fund shall be invested in such investments, being investments in which any trust fund (or part thereof) is permitted by the Trustee Act to be invested, as may be determined by the Authority with the approval of the Cabinet Secretary."
