    "content": "There is also the issue of custody. We know that a child who is less than eight years or 10 years belongs to the mother. With this case and Kenyan Children’s Act, 2022, we have people who do not care. They still run away with their children to avoid parental responsibilities and deny their mothers the initial custody. With these three conventions, Kenya is going places. I request and urge this honourable House to adopt these three conventions, so that Kenyan children can be taken care of."
