    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, let me thank Hon. Oundo for recognising my work in the children sector. As a matter of fact, most of my professional work has been around the rights of children and women but, primarily, on the rights of children. I just want to indicate that by virtue of Article 2(5) and 2(6) of the Constitution that says that any treaty that is ratified by Kenya becomes part of the laws of Kenya. I would want to call on the leadership to consider bringing treaties one by one."
