    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would also like to recognize the remarks made about the staffing issue. The issue of one of our own staff, Mr. Werunga, who was the Clerk of the Pan African Parliament, is actually now before the African Court of Justice. We believe that the method of his removal from office was not legal because due process was not followed. We hope that the African Court of Justice will look at this issue because as the Kenyan delegation to the Pan African Parliament, we were not happy at all with the way Mr. Werunga was treated."
