    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Speaker. I started the debate and then I was interrupted. In this ratification, there should be the aspect of enforcement with regard to compensations to be made by absent fathers who father children and then they leave the country. The laws should be enforced. Such fathers should be traced to their countries of origin. They leave us with many problems because we have to educate their children whom they fathered but they left them in our constituencies. Once this law is ratified, it will cure that."
