It is our responsibility in this House to know where our colleagues are. We appreciate the fact that even our neighbouring countries like Sudan are experiencing challenges. When an Hon. Member’s whereabouts is not known, it is your responsibility and our responsibility, being sworn Members, to carry out their responsibilities in this honourable institution.
