    "content": "If you are told to take responsibility for them, there is nothing wrong. Provide maintenance to them. Make sure that the way you treat your child in the house is the same way your child somewhere is being treated. Do not leave the children with nobody to take good care of them. You are afraid that if the matter goes to The Hague you will be compelled to take care of your children. We take the advice and we will endeavour to table separate reports, in future, on each convention for ease of reference by Members and to enrich debate in the House. Hon.
