"content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I will not say that you have come of age but you have always been of age. Thank you for protecting me from Hon. T.J. Kajwang’. I must appreciate the incessant interjections by Hon. Kajwang’ were to derail us from pointing out to the people of Kenya that there are. Indeed. things that are being done by people who should not be doing them. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. Maybe Hon. T.J. Kajwang’ is walking in the same shoes as the former holder of that office, but he is yet to appreciate that he is now a former President. There is now a sitting President and, therefore, the sitting President is now the Commander-in-Chief. It is only the Commander-in-Chief who can command forces, including our police service."
