He went through a process and everybody was able to identify his experience and know that he is somebody who is going to be a blessing to this country. I want to thank the President for this nomination and for choosing that particular individual because I know there were many other people who wanted to be in this position, but they chose this particular individual. As the Member of Parliament for Mosop and coming from the same constituency with the nominee, I can confirm and support the Report of the Committee that Mr. Edwin Kiprono Cheluget be approved and appointed to the Commission."
