Speaker, the Office of the Clerk, and the Secretariat for the invariable support they have accorded my Committee when we were examining this Report, considering that this was the first time this Report of the Pan-African Parliament has been marked to my Committee. This is especially by the implementation of Standing Order 212 (2)(d) which states that the Committee shall examine the records of all the relevant debates and resolutions of the meetings of the Pan-African Parliament; the African, Caribbean and Pacific-European Union Joint Parliamentary Assembly and other regional integration bodies. I also want to quote Article 3 of the protocol of the Pan-African Parliament which stipulates the objectives.
