As I conclude, I want to say that Africa is a very rich continent and has relatively accommodative climate and for this reason, we must not lose it to anyone. It is important to know that the countries in the West will always want to see African countries warring and without harmony so that they can come in and claim to broker peace. Hon. Temporary Speaker, we cannot be sure whether their coming in is to broker peace or colonise the African countries once again. Therefore, I support this very important Motion brought to the House and say, it is time for Africans to stand and be counted. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker."
