It is for this reason that I urge by colleagues in this House to support this important initiative. For the first time, we are beginning to realise what is important to us. I think taking care of the disadvantaged in our society is a very important social responsibility and state function. We should support this Motion and introduce health services and schemes which should be non-contributory to this category of people. For once, I feel that we are moving in the right direction and I support this Motion."
