You could be a medical practitioner who is employed at Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH) but you also run a clinic somewhere in Kilimani or Upper Hill areas of Nairobi. You attend to a patient at KNH and tell him that a certain test can only be done by a particular clinic. Then you refer that patient to your clinic. We are saying “No!” They charge exorbitantly!"
