    "content": "Secondly, I believe and trust that the medical profession has practising notes that clearly state when a matter is to be referred, the process of referral and the rest of the things. As far as we allow our medical doctors to be registered, thoroughly and adequately trained probably for longer periods than most professionals in this country, which is five or six years of general medicine training and then going through internship and clinicals up to the time they are registered and given authority to practice. We must have some confidence and trust in the process. If we do not trust the process that leads to registration and certification of our doctors, then that is where we need to train our eyes on and resolve the matter."
