    "content": "If this bill entirely supports my position that patients, including those who require treatment abroad, require prompt action, I will support it. However, I can see that it adds steps before sending a patient to the hospital for emergency care. It creates administrative procedures that I do not believe are necessary for a dying patient. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. With those concerns, I am uncomfortable with the Bill."
