    "content": "The membership of these multi-agency technical committees should be drawn from of the Office of the Deputy President, State Department of Devolution, the Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Administration, the National Treasury, the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development, the Office of the Attorney-General, the County Executive Department in charge of Public Works and Housing, the Office of the Governor, the County Assembly, the EACC, the CoB, and any other relevant entity. Details of their terms of reference are also indicated in the report and the role that this august House shall play in receiving their final reports. The Standing Committee on Devolution and Intergovernmental Relations wishes to thank the Offices of the Clerk and the Rt. Hon. Speaker for their steadfast support in executing its mandate. Mr. Speaker, Sir, with those few remarks, I beg to move that the House adopts the report of the Committee. I call upon Sen. Chute to second. I thank you."
