    "content": "How can it go on when there is a query? The EACC is still investigating but they are saying they have not stopped it and they do not know why it is not continuing. It is very unfortunate, that we have to recommend the formation of a task force which is also going to consume taxpayers' money to do what should have obviously been done by those arms of the Government which are involved in the implementation."
