Mukothima and Turima are already declared as adjudication sections. However, the adjudication process has stalled due to ethnic animosity between the communities. Once consensus is reached, the land adjudication programme will restart. Ntoroni, Makururuni, Gathura and Thiiti are yet to be declared as adjudication sections, including Machambeni which was not here, Njoguni, Kianda and Kianjogu areas. Ruungu, Kiangu and Kibunga are small villages within Nturima Division. Tombura and Mugwi will be covered under Gathura. Tunya has registered a complain that some titles were issued to people not on the ground."
