For example, between Taita Taveta and Machakos counties and Tharaka Nithi and Meru counties. Secondly, how many Kenyans across counties are waiting to get their title deeds and how many have been issued so far? Specifically, how many people from Nandi County are awaiting their title deeds? It is the business of any CS to know what is happening in the country. That is their job. With all due respect, this issue of saying that the CS came here and might not be aware of what is happening, then why are you in charge of a ministry? Your ministry is like your house. You cannot tell me you are not aware of where your children or husband are and what they are doing. The CSs must be serious. There is no option."
