Speaker, I am ready to be a chairman or vice-chairman of a committee because I am loyal to the business of the House since that is what the people of Baringo North sent me here to do. It is wrong for the Member for Kamukunji to impute improper motive on new Members by saying that they have no knowledge and experience. Has he checked our backgrounds to establish where we went to school and what we were doing? We could be more experienced than other Members who have been here for long. The fact that they are not attending yet they are vice-chairs shows that they are incompetent."
