"content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I want to correct the Member for Kamukunji because we young Members are always here. I also want to correct my colleague because we also get a chance to contribute in the House. I am one of the young Members who have been contributing on the Floor of this House. There are no people to learn from. I do not know why the old Members are telling us that we should be here to learn when they do not attend. Young Members are ready to take the leadership of those departmental committees because they are always here to support the agenda of the House and represent our constituents."
