"content": "The predecessor committee, the Special Funds Account Committee (SFAC), in the 12th Parliament, prepared the 11th Report on the Audited Financial Statements for the NG-CDF for 26 constituencies in the counties of Mombasa, Kilifi, Kwale, Taita Taveta, Lamu and Tana River for the financial years 2013/2014, 2014/2015 and 2015/2016 after receiving evidence from the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the NG-CDF and the Fund account managers. The SFAC tabled its Report on 2nd December 2021. However, it was not debated by the 12th Parliament."
