    "content": "We have also noticed that the NG-CDF allowances are paid in meetings. The Auditor- General cited that there were no minutes found yet payments were made to the NG-CDF committees. Where were the vouchers? They are supposed to be signed by every individual who attended the meeting and then filed. Where were the minutes of the meeting and every document that was required for payment of money? I can see my time is over. Members of Parliament should be involved in the processes in order to know what is going on."
