    "content": "The first question you ask is whether the project has been abandoned. Is the money being set aside and will it be availed? Will those people sue the Government to be paid? Whose responsibility is it, if the equipment as supplied to a hospital and they are not utilised because the hospital does not have electricity? Investigating this matter will require us to have a wider scope, so that we know whether the equipment is working or whether they have been abandoned. Also, whether we have the capacity to absorb and utilise this equipment. I support."
