    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. My name is Hon. Clive Gisairo, Member of Parliament for Kitutu Masaba. I would like to pass our sincere condolences as the people of Kitutu Masaba where Hon. Jerusha and I come from. We all appreciate the role of mothers in the community where we come from. Having listened to Hon. Jerusha speak, you could get to hear what her mother stands for. We as the people of Kitutu Masaba, would like to say that we have lost a pillar in our constituency and Nyamira County at large. I would like to stand by the family, wish them strength and let them know that we are there with them during these tough times. We would also like to thank Members of this House who have stood by Hon. Jerusha through the many platforms. We have been coordinating different levels of support and you have really stood with us. We thank this House and I wish that we continue with that spirit of unity. We should stand by each other when we have challenges. Hon. Speaker, I would also like to thank you for allowing Hon. Jerusha to mourn the loss of her mother on this Floor. That sets a good precedent and it allows people to feel at home while in this House. May our good mother rest in peace. Thank you, Hon.
