    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker and the Cabinet Secretary. I want to direct a question to the Cabinet Secretary on matters of drug and substance abuse in school noting that the Presidency, through the Deputy President, has initiated a campaign to get rid of drugs from our schools and communities. What is the Ministry doing to support this campaign so that we get rid of drugs from our learners especially in day public schools, both primary and secondary? Do we have a policy that can direct or guide us on how to harmonise the activities that are done inside and outside the schools so that we can succeed together?"
