    "content": "Hon. Speaker, Members know that shortage of teachers is a problem that we face in the entire country. Immediately the Kenya Kwanza administration came to power, we employed 30,000 teachers to address this problem. They are still far from adequate. As we move on, we will increase this number progressively, taking into consideration the current economic status because they have to be paid. This is one of the problems that we have. As we move forward, I am sure the situation will be better than it is presently."
