    "content": "Secondly, by the Speaker repeating those words amounts to compounding an offence on the Floor of the House, and the Speaker cannot and will not regurgitate what the Member said. The Member has been sent out in a proper manner and then you attempt to challenge that offence under Standing Order 107(a), which you yourselves passed to govern the proceedings of this House. When you stood on a point of order, I thought you were going to challenge the veracity or accuracy of what the Cabinet Secretary was saying. It turned out to be far from that and the Chair will not allow any Member, whether in leadership or not, to engage in challenging rulings and directions from the Chair because the Standing Orders do not allow that.
