    "content": " Thank you, Hon Speaker. It is well known that JSS teachers are not enough in schools and JSS pupils are sent to the river to collect water. This has proved to us that there are some children who carry jerrycans from home to school to collect water. What is the Cabinet Secretary doing to curb this menace of pupils collecting water? We have also not seen sanitary pads being distributed in our schools. He should answer the question on sanitary towels and pupils going to the river to fetch water."
