    "content": "Hon. Speaker, Mandera South Constituency has 73 public primary schools with current enrolment of 30,668 learners. Fifty-six (56) of these schools are in Mandera Central, Elwak Sub-County while 17 are in Kutulo Sub-County. In the just concluded term, NACONEK gave food in kind distribution to all our public primary schools in Mandera South Constituency. The learners are provided with two meals per day; one being porridge during break time and rice and beans during lunch time."
