    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I want to ask the Cabinet Secretary one brief question as I appreciate his efforts and especially visiting Marsabit on education matters. Could he explain the implementation of CBC in ASAL counties, considering challenges of network? Most of our schools are not well built. Some of them are located in hardship situations. Can he explain to us the measures he is putting in place in order for the CBC to be implemented, considering the nomadic nature of our lifestyle?"
