    "content": "The list indicates the areas in Mandera South that have been connected to electricity under Government of Kenya funded Last Mile Connectivity Projects and our partner, Africa Development Bank (AfDB) Phase 1 Last Mile Connectivity Project. I do not know whether I should go through the schedule but it is appended. For example, we have Last Mile New Bula Slaughter area, which has 88 connections and Last Mile Handadhu in Mandera North which has 124 connections. I have the full list of the areas and the number of connections as requested by the Member on what we are doing."
